Exhibitor shall be responsible at its expense for obtaining commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate.
Certificate of insurance shall be provided not less than 10 days prior to show opening naming the following as an additional insured:
1) Wheels Up Special Events, LLC – 1500 West 11th St, Panama City, FL 32401
2) Coastal Marina Management LLC – 1500 W 11th St, Panama City, FL 32401
3) Okaloosa Island Prime Properties, LLC DBA Sunset Isle Yacht Club – 1350 Miracle Strip Parkway SE, Okaloosa Island, FL 32548
